  • Requested delivery or event date

  • Delivery location

  • Customization or packaging requests

  • Estimated budget, if available

Pricing and Minimums

Wholesale and bulk pricing is provided by quote.

Minimum quantities may apply. Pricing depends on the product, quantity, customization, packaging, production requirements, and delivery timeline.

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve inventory or guarantee acceptance of an order.

Production Time

Production begins after the quote is approved, required information is received, and the requested deposit or full payment has been completed.

Large, custom, or seasonal orders require advance notice. Rush orders may not be available and may include an additional charge when accepted.

Payment

Payment terms will be listed on the approved invoice or wholesale agreement.

Custom, wholesale, and bulk orders are not confirmed until the required payment has been received. Because these orders are prepared specifically for the customer, payments may be nonrefundable after production begins.

Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup

Available shipping, local delivery, or pickup arrangements will be confirmed in the customer’s quote.

Shipping, delivery, setup, and rush charges are not automatically included unless specifically stated.

Product Availability

Dazéy Candles reserves the right to substitute unavailable packaging or materials with comparable options after discussing the change with the customer.

Seasonal fragrances, vessels, scarves, flowers, and gift components may be subject to availability.
